A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Process Manager (f/m/d) for the worldwide Controls & Digitalization business within the Gas Service organization, you will be part of the Global Operations Excellence Team. 
Based on your analytical edge and your long- year experience in the project management environment, you will plan and design new processes or improve existing ones. 
As a Process Manager (f/m/d), you could conduct training or workshops to train employees on new processes, or you could provide resources as well as support to facilitate the implementation of new processes. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Optimization and improvement of business processes increase efficiency in the execution departments worldwide  
  • Improve quality by ensuring the correct execution of processes, as well as faster error or problem resolution  
  • Increasing customer satisfaction through optimized and efficient business processes  
  • Fostering innovation by finding new and more efficient ways of doing things so that the company remains competitive and develops
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the business processes relevant to project execution run smoothly and are aligned with the needs of the business
  • Responsible for training and supporting employees worldwide

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field 
  • Experience in process management or similar roles 
  • Relevant experience in project management or project delivery methodology 
  • Experience with process mapping tools and lean management techniques 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German as well as English
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
