A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Process Engineer (f/m/d) for Gas Turbine Fuel Systems, you design and maintain fuel gas, fuel oil, or water injection systems across the entire lifecycle - from concept and component selection to commissioning support and issue resolution. Your day alternates between focused engineering work and addressing operational or site-related challenges. You collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including suppliers, piping design, and commissioning specialists, ensuring all system interfaces align with engine requirements and project needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Responsibility for reference and system engineering of gas turbine fuel systems
  • Ownership of technical design, specifications, and performance of assigned systems
  • Interface management and alignment with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation such as requirement specifications, P&IDs, and interface descriptions
  • Supplier selection, qualification, and acceptance for system components
  • Support for custom project engineering as well as commissioning, troubleshooting, and site issue resolution
What You Bring
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in fluid system design with expertise in at least one relevant system (fuel gas, fuel oil, or water injection)
  • Analytical mindset and structured working approach with the ability to make pragmatic decisions considering risks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary and international teamwork
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in dynamic environments
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
