A Snapshot of Your Day:
As a Technical Trainer at the Siemens Energy Egypt Training Center, you will be instrumental in developing the skills and knowledge of engineers and technicians globally. Your role will involve conducting interactive training sessions, utilizing advanced digital tools for remote learning, and transforming complex technical content into engaging lessons. You will also manage training projects, organize facility tours, and continuous-ly update the curriculum to reflect the latest industry advancements.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Training Delivery: Conduct specialist training courses both theoretical and practical in English, lasting up to one month, independently.
- Digital Learning: Implement training and service support using digital tools.
- Curriculum Development: Continuously adapt and enhance existing training offerings, including digital formats (theory slides and practical exercises).
- Project Management: Oversee the management of ongoing and new training projects, including scheduling, hospitality, and certification processes.
- Standards Compliance: Serve as a role model for environmental, quality, and safety standards during facility visits.
- Resource Management: Maintain training equipment and procure necessary tools and spare parts.
- Facility Tours: Conduct tours for customer personnel to showcase advanced facilities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, particularly in maintenance, servicing, or troubleshooting, ideally within transformer manufacturing.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
- Excellent ability to convey complex technical content clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- High result and quality orientation, strong team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Demonstrated initiative and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Planner).
- Background in project management is advantageous.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional and personal development.
