- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and disclosure processes in a multinational team by e.g. preparing documents for operational reviews as well as communication within GT and to SE AC. Ensure Budget, Actuals and FC accuracy and transparency on GT level.
- Drive further improvement of financial analytics and methods for increased forecast and planning accuracy.
- Define and analyze financial and operational KPI to actively guide the business
- Provide guidance and governance for controlling and accounting related topics
- Engage in special projects across BAs and execute ad-hoc requests
- Advance the digitalization of Controlling processes and ensure the understanding of PC needs
- Strong knowledge of Siemens Energy business and reporting structures and processes
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling in a Multinational Corporate Controlling environment
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team orientation with good collaboration and communication skills, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Expert in the use of Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of relevant tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, SAC)
- Business fluent in English
