How You’ll Make an Impact

• Calculate gross and net pay amounts including salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll-specific records such as changes in wage/salary rates, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, and leave of absence.
• Reconcile payroll records, ensuring payments, deductions, and general ledger entries for wages are accurate.
• Verify and coordinate payroll data, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.
• Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance strictly across all payroll processes.
• Provide clear and timely responses to employee and supervisor payroll inquiries, ensuring outstanding service.
