A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a PLM Integration Architect (f/m/d) within our Gas Services business, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digitalization initiatives. You will be responsible for integrating PLM systems with other digital platforms to improve the lifecycle management of our products and services. You represent the Gas Services Central Organization in the PLM Master plan project. As part of a global initiative, you connect with your project teams from Asia to the US. After aligning on details like master data structure and governance, you pick up issues reported from the business. You are part of a global and diverse team of engineers, project managers and similar functions who are working hand in hand to create new value for our business in order to support them on our common journey through the energy transformation.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Lead the digitalization efforts within the Gas Services business by integrating PLM systems with pioneering digital tools and platforms
  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies and automation to improve the design, manufacturing, and service processes for our GS colleagues
  • Develop digital threads that connect disparate systems and enable seamless data flow across the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define and implement digitalization strategies that align with the company's vision and digital strategy
  • Ensure that PLM solutions support advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT for predictive maintenance and performance optimization
  • Advocate for digital processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the various product lines and businesses
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill the workforce in digital competencies and tools
  • Be a business partner for the product management organisation and keep them informed along the journey
What You Bring
  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in digital technologies or equivalent 
  • Longstanding professional experience in the PLM environment, with a strong emphasis on digitalization
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing digital solutions in a complex industrial environment
  • Deep understanding of the digital lifecycle management of the Energy solution business
  • Expertise in PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Comos, or similar, with a focus on digital integration and data analysis
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate across hierarchy levels interacting with experts all across the company
