A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator – Planning & Administration to join our offshore project team in Ustka, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of on-site activities, including short-term planning, marine coordination, and site resource planning. Additionally, you will support contractual reporting and ensure efficient operational execution across the project, working closely with site management and back-office functions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Liaise with central planning and resource functions; support and develop short-term planning in collaboration with the customer and site management
- Conduct daily planning sessions with the customer and SGRE site management to ensure adherence to the plan, efficient service execution, and the achievement of project outcomes and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with customers, the central training department, and SGRE’s back office to coordinate and validate training for site personnel, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and the Critical Infrastructure Act.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services incl. managing contractors
What You Bring
- Strong technical understanding and background in order management activities
- Good and practical experience with MS Office applications and SAP required (knowledge of ATS and remote diagnostic tools is an advantage).
- Professionalism and integrity in dealings with local authorities, clients, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Openness to a rotational setup (e.g., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off) if required. (Regular schedule is Monday to Friday)
