A Snapshot of Your Day
Step into a role where you support operational excellence initiatives and build significant impact from day one. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to advance continuous improvement, enhance manufacturing systems, and contribute to training, business processes, and digital transformation. Every single day, you’ll dive into data analysis to uncover new opportunities, initiate and participate in lean projects, and help the OE team improve for standards across Nacelles plants. You’ll create key performance indicators, keep crucial data tools up to date, and collaborate with colleagues from many backgrounds to keep our internal projects running efficiently. Your day will also include organizing department events, supporting improvement efforts, and crafting the future of renewable energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You help to implement operational excellence standards and assess processes to identify and resolve issues.
- You participate lean projects, measure their efficiency, and coordinate their rollout.
- You supporting monitoring department critical metrics, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- You analyze data to drive enhancements in manufacturing, data management, and performance tracking.
- You organize Department Town Halls, Summits, and create quarterly newsletters to develop team connection and information sharing.
What You Bring
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent studies and are based in Pamplona.
- You have strong English communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with PowerBI, databases, or PowerApps.
- You bring knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (a plus), a passion for data analysis, and enjoy organizing information.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

You’ll join a collaborative and innovative Operational Excellence department dedicated to continuous improvement, manufacturing systems, training, business processes, and digitalization. The team works together to set and deploy excellence standards, analyze and improve processes, and lead lean projects from idea to implementation. You’ll help supervise and report important metrics, maintain and organize key department events. Your colleagues are passionate about renewable energy and committed to making a positive impact every day.
