A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves performing hands-on installation, overhaul, maintenance, and servicing gas turbines, including combustion chambers, burners, and other critical components. Working closely with the team to execute assembly, inspection, and repair activities while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform gas turbine maintenance, refurbishment, assembly, and disassembly activities, including combustion chambers, burners, turbine frames, casings, and associated components.
• Execute all tasks in compliance with the highest EHS standards, including safe working practices for confined spaces, working at height, and Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) requirements.
• Interpret and work from technical documentation, including engineering drawings, technical instructions, P&ID diagrams, and test records.
• Support lifting, rigging, inspection, and assessment activities to evaluate equipment condition and implement appropriate repair or improvement actions.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for installations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, assessments, and equipment performance records.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of Field Service experience, with 1–2 years of maintenance experience on prime movers in power stations preferred.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools, including feeler gauges, micrometers, calipers, dial gauges, and block gauges.
• Strong English communication skills with experience working in multicultural teams; knowledge of German and experience with 4000F/2000E tiling, field service, breakdown maintenance, or hydraulic tightening equipment (Hytorc/ITH) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently, work abroad and on shifts, with a proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
