Manufacturing Production Planning & Control work focuses on handling production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards including. Planning and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process. Researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to improve organization's production capabilities.
- Specialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents measure and record material and production costs and prepare production/resource scheduling, production work plans, formulas and other guides.
What You Bring
- Should have 3~proven experience in Rotating equipment manufacturing & planning function
- Hands on experience of SAP ERP PP module
- Experience of MS-Project is added advantage
- Should understand compressor manufacturing, packaging with overall process flow
- Should work under limited supervision & responsible for leading daily operations
- Able to communicate optimally & able make prompt decisions
- Quick learner, responsible & problem solver with Drive
