How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement equipment and tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Conduct cost analyses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Train and educate manufacturing personnel on new processes and equipment.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12 to 15 years of proven experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Outstanding technical skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing guidelines.
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• A strong dedication to mentor and train team members, nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.
