A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and workflows. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and practical experience in production to optimize manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, minimize costs, and workforce development.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Design and improve manufacturing processes for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and lead training programs for manufacturing staff to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into the production phase.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to drive process enhancements.
  • Address and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize delays and costs.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures and standards.

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration across various departments.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
