The Long Term Program (LTP) Sales Professional role will be focused on supporting steam turbine and generator (STG) service program growth targets in North America. This person would have the responsibility to identify and capture steam turbine and generator LTP / service program opportunities while working closely with the applicable PCC/CoC locations to build partnerships with our key customers in North America.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsible for the identification and capture of steam turbine and generator service program business through collaboration with internal and external partners
• Develop and grow a qualified sales funnel to meet steam turbine and generator service program sales targets in the region
• Lead the preparation of formal bids and proposals and present to management through the LoA process
• Exercise solid business acumen to develop and articulate a winning value proposition while maintaining company growth and profit guidelines.
• Lead a cross-functional team comprised of technical, commercial, and legal professions in customer contract negotiations.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in engineering/business or possesses equivalent experience, with a preference for familiarity with Siemens Energy's Industrial Steam Turbine models.
• 6+ years in leading sales projects to successful completion, including direct engagement with customers.
• Expertise in market and business analytics, including competition, risk, and life cycle cost analyses, alongside a solid understanding or hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of Siemens Energy steam turbine and generator offerings and related equipment.
• Demonstrates excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation abilities, suitable for both internal and external partners.
• Dedicated, highly energetic, with a strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various geographical locations.
