Your main task will be supporting negotiations of various Offshore Wind Sales contracts in Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Each project you will be supporting will be a landmark project of large scale. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements and Service and Maintenance Agreements.

• Provide legal advice to business partners, helping to prevent, detect and mitigate risks, and to support business goals.

• Provide training to business partners, helping to ensure consistent understanding of basic concepts.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage external counsels.

What You Bring

• Degree in law.

• Common law qualification and/or broad experience with common law governed contracts would be a plus.

• Track record in a law firm or in-house legal department in an international corporation, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sector.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to navigate competing priorities, mediate between stakeholders, and drive consensus in high-stakes environment.

• Solid understanding of commercial contracts.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.

• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
