A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Full-Time Auditor, your day will revolve around preparing, executing, and following up on internal audits to ensure compliance with various standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001. You’ll implement and monitor the necessary audit setup, identifying market requirements and regulatory demands for different certifications. Your responsibilities will include developing and driving the audit program, supporting the organization during customer and certification audits, and providing valuable insights through consulting and coaching. Additionally, you’ll analyze audit findings to address common organizational challenges and coordinate inputs for management reviews, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for external audits.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Implementation, monitoring and adoption of the necessary audit setup including adequate resources, identification of market requirements such as regulatory demand or the need for different certifications
- Study and interpretation of standard to be audited, like ISO 90001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 50001, 19443, Machinery Directive, Pressure Equipment Directive, SCC etc.
- Develop & perform audit program for the "steam turbines & generators" (STG) business
- Preparation, execution and follow up of: internal and external audits based on yearly planning and on request of the organization; STG Management Review covering all standards the organization holds certificates
- Support the organization in customer and certification audits of different standards
- Made valuable contributions to the business via consulting and coaching during and after internal audits, preparing external audits; by sharing standard process and other information across the organization; by analyzing audits and concluding common organizational topics and challenges to solve
- Coordination of STG inputs to Siemens Energy Management Review
What You Bring
- Successfully completed scientific or technical studies in the field of engineering, management or comparable.
- Worked in min. 3 different business functions (engineering, procurement, R&D, technology, manufacturing, etc.). You bring the experience and exposure from big and complex organization from one of these businesses function including strong project management/coordination experience and ability to cooperate with various collaborators.
- Ability to work and interpret technical and regulatory standards and regulations
- Experience in leading and moderating reviews, audits, workshops using the wide range of quality management tools like FMEA, RCA, Value Stream analysis, etc.
- Ability to travel to all business locations worldwide when required (25 %), typically week in a month
- You are business proficient in English and you hold EU work permit/passport
