The role is critical for managing increasing business volume, enabling resource allocation for digitalization initiatives, and building a future talent pipeline. To address these business needs, the position focuses on three primary areas: Bid and Proposal Management, Commercial Order & Contract Execution, and Sales Operations & Financial Reporting. This structure ensures comprehensive handling of the commercial lifecycle from pre-sales activities to post-sales fulfillment and analysis, directly supporting growth and operational efficiency. Given the focus on the complete commercial workflow, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in contract negotiation, bid preparation, and order processing. A strong background in financial analysis, proficiency with SAP, and skills in business intelligence are essential to meet the role's objectives.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • 40% Bid and Proposal Management
    • Develop and prepare commercial offer in collaboration with sales, offer and engineering teams.
    • Analyze tender documents to identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
    • Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with external customers to secure favorable agreements aligned with business objectives.
    • Structure pricing strategies for offer by analyzing costs, market conditions, and customer value propositions.
  • 40% Sales Operations & Financial Reporting
    • Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor key business metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
    • Support digitalization initiatives by contributing to the improvement of commercial processes and the adoption of business intelligence tools.
    • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting activities to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • 20% Commercial Order & Contract Execution
    • Process incoming customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring all commercial data is correctly maintained in SAP.
    • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, and resolving any financial discrepancies.
    • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between customers, production, and logistics to communicate delivery schedules and manage expectations.
    • Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations and manage contract amendments or scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.


What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience in contract management, sales operations, bid management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience working within a multinational manufacturing or technology environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for order management and reporting.
