As a Property Manager at Siemens Energy, you will drive the smooth operation of our diverse property portfolio. How You'll Make An Impact

  • Lead property management strategies that align with Siemens Energy’s global goals and improve operational performance.
  • Manage lease agreements and build strong partnerships with tenants and internal teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance with FM supplier to keep properties safe and preserve their value.
  • Ensure health, safety, and fire regulation compliance to reduce risks and protect people and assets.
  • Oversee budgeting, service charges, and financial management to increase cost efficiency and drive site modernization.
  • Keep real estate data systems accurate and current, using AI tools to support smart, data-driven decisions.

What You Bring

  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties confidently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that connect you with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field, along with practical real estate experience.
  • A solution-focused mindset and solid problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Relevant professional certifications like CPM or CCIM are a plus.
  • A passion for leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance property management and drive innovation.
