To support our business in providing a stable and innovative document management solution, we are seeking a document management expert who can manage our Fabasoft based IT service.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Patch Managment of the existing server environment
- Software upgrades of the Fabasoft platform and the applications which have been built on this
- User support for questions, bug-fixing
- Consulting / requirements engineering for new features to be built
- Solution Design of the apps & Application monitoring
- Support of Information Security requirements
- Problem Management & Financial management of the service costs
- Incident & User Managemen
- Maintenance of interfaces
What you Bring
- Strong document management skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong technical background
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making
- Ability to understand software development processes and work out requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in relevant field
