O roli
- Engage with customers senior executives, guiding critical thinking related to digital transformation, operations, and organizational innovation
- Build and lead a high-performing team of digital consultants within the DPS organization, defining the service portfolio and operating model
- Analyze and assess emerging technologies in the context of energy applications, operations, maintenance, data strategy, and business processes.
- Find opportunities and risks posed by new technologies for existing infrastructure and future business models as well as conduct advisory workshops and develop technology-enabled transformation roadmaps
- Advise clients across the entire energy value chain – from generation, storage, and transmission to application – focusing on efficiency, economic value and sustainability via smart digitization approaches
- Work with internal experts in IT, engineering, regional teams and business development to implement tailored but scalable solutions as well as continuously analyze trends, use cases, and standard methodologies to enhance our consulting offerings
- Degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, energy technology, computer science, business informatics, or related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a consulting environment or innovation projects, ideally in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of technologies like Software Defined Infrastructure, AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT and their industrial applications
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to various audiences, from OT professionals to executive leadership
- Consistent track record of building and scaling high-impact teams and delivering commercial outcomes as well as strategic and entrepreneurial mentality with hands-on approach
- Fluency in English as a must with ability for additional languages considered as preferential as well as willingness to travel (depending on project advisory needs)
