As the Head of Project Management for Gas Service, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless contract execution, production planning, and on-time delivery for our valued customers. Picture yourself collaborating with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients to address contract changes, overseeing complex projects, and driving customer satisfaction. From managing account receivables to tackling problem-solving head-on, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead, prioritize, and schedule your team’s activities to meet project timelines, customer satisfaction, and business targets.
• Oversee the entire contract execution process, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting customer demands efficiently and with high quality.
• Partner with internal teams across sales, logistics, and operations to integrate contract execution seamlessly into broader business activities.
• Collaborate directly with customers to manage audits, documentation, design changes, installation timelines, and other project needs, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Actively drive account receivables processes, enhancing payment efficiency while fostering strong customer relationships.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with certification as a Senior Project Manager or proven expertise in large-scale projects.
• A minimum of 3 years in team management, showcasing your leadership and mentorship skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, gas turbine/compressor, or mechanical-related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong communication skills to navigate customer relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in EHS protocols, quality assurance, project planning, and business administration, including accounting and financial operations.
