A Snapshot of Your Day

Your main role is to develop and lead a diverse group of project managers and to successfully execute and deliver your assigned strategic projects according to our Siemens Energy project management methodology.

  • Leading a diverse group of project managers.
  • Guide, grow and develop members of your team in their roles as project managers.
  • Resource planning and - management for and together with your project management team.
  • Gain deep understanding of Siemens Energy Project Management methodology. Foster its further development and sustainable, global usage within the organization.
  • Oversee and manage the project portfolio in your team’s area of responsibility.
  • Successfully execute your own assigned projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering and/or IT/Computer Sciences, or related degree.
  • You demonstrate proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects in complex environments.
  • You have experience in managing teams.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Certifications expected.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical- and decision-making skills. The ability to adapt and efficient time management.
  • Ability to work and navigate in a multifaceted and international environment with many interfaces.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
