How You’ll Make an Impact

• Report to the Regional Field Service Head and actively support all sections and departments to enhance efficiency, productivity, and maintain high EHS and quality standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development activities aligned with strategy, while building a forecast strategy for manpower and tooling based on service needs and new unit developments.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives, serving as the main contact for all Field Service support inquiries within and outside the region.
• Collaborate with the Project department and Service Operations to optimize regional outage planning, support project planning stages, and assist sales in creating competitive Field Service bids.
• Focus on digitalization and simplification of processes in both back office and field operations, while managing multiple projects and providing proactive support and solutions.
• Establish and maintain a global network within Field Service and tooling, contribute to global improvement projects, and manage the department’s financial budget and forecasting at both country and regional levels.

What You Bring 

• A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) may be preferred, along with significant experience in field service management or operations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring staff, driving recruitment, and development initiatives.
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, executing, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with digital tools for operational efficiency, and the ability to establish a global network within the field service community.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
