A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Head of Certifications and Frameworks in Cybersecurity, you lead and support a global team focused on cybersecurity certifications and frameworks across Siemens Energy holistically in various SE business units and functions. Your day includes collaborating with stakeholders from various business units, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and guiding your team through strategic and operational topics. You balance leadership, coordination, and expert discussions, while working in an environment that values continuous learning, inclusivity, and global collaboration.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You lead, motivate and develop a global team of approximately 6 employees who support Siemens Energy in building up cybersecurity frameworks and certifications for SE business units and functions
  • You establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across business units and functions
  • You understand and translate stakeholder needs into suitable cybersecurity certifications and frameworks like ISO27001, NIST62443, ISO 42001, NIST
  • You collaborate in global networks and contribute to the future of cybersecurity certifications and frameworks by advancing them
What You Bring
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or IT, including work with certifications and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 62443, ISO 42001 and NIST
  • Experience in and passion about leading, coaching and developing teams. And you have good understanding of identifying and fulfilling the needs of different Cybersecurity frameworks and certifications in different environments worldwide
  • Ability and drive to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in global networks, experience in lateral leadership and agile methodologies
  • Commitment to inclusion, continuous learning and agile collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness and availability for international and domestic travel of up to 30%
