- Establish and steer cross-functional governance structures, ensuring strong accountability and ownership for digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders from our Business Areas (Gas Services, Grid Technology, Transformation of Industries and Wind Power), and well as our Digital Core Organization to deliver measurable business value and position Siemens Energy as a leader in digital project execution
- Take charge of the Data Management Refocus Initiative, identifying and resolving key data breaks along the project management process chain.
- Enable seamless collaboration between functions and business areas by establishing standards for unique identifiers, data models, and end-to-end data flows
- Leadership skills will ensure that data quality and automation become central pillars of our project execution
- Lead the recalibration of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, ensuring faster project delivery, reduced rework, and enhanced collaboration across global teams
- Drive the adoption of BIM as a single source of truth, standardize processes, and integrate digital twins and advanced data models throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that the project business is optimally prepared for the S4E transformation, including harmonizing processes and data structures specifically for project business, clarifying responsibilities, and making sure that the digital requirements of S4E are efficiently implemented in the project business
- Develop strategies to systematically capture, preserve, and share organizational knowledge
- Ensure that expertise and best practices are anchored in the company and that new employees can quickly benefit from them through effective processes and digital tools
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in digital transformation or project excellence are a plus
- Solid experience in project management and process optimization, ideally within a global and complex environment, with exposure to digitalization initiatives
- Familiarity with S4Energy, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and data management concepts, including governance and integration of digital tools into project workflows
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile), lean principles, and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs, leveraging data-driven insights and digital platforms for performance monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across functions and cultures, combined with strong facilitation and presentation abilities
- Proven experience in driving adoption of new digital processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Passion for leveraging technology to enhance project excellence and operational efficiency
