O roli
A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you’ll be a visible and trusted partner for both leadership and the shop floor, working at the heart of our factory operations. A typical day includes supporting colleagues on safety matters, implementing local guidelines, contributing to assessments that enhance working conditions, and helping strengthen our safety culture through collaboration and practical guidance. You act as the bridge between HSE management and daily operations, guiding teams toward a compliant, safe, and continuously improving work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Advise the Factory Manager and leadership team on applicable legislation, internal HSE requirements, and strategic priorities, helping them make informed and safe operational decisions
- Be a daily sparring partner for production and the HSE organization, turning policies into practical, on‑the‑floor solutions through coaching, dialogue, and visible support.
- Lead sharp, insight‑driven risk assessments, workplace evaluations, and internal audits that pinpoint hazards and accelerate preventive improvements.
- Drive proactive incident prevention, from investigations and root‑cause analysis to helping implement effective corrective actions and sharing lessons learned.
- Energize the organization by facilitating engaging safety workshops, toolbox talks, and working‑environment sessions that strengthen ownership and build shared momentum.
- Deliver engaging HSE training for employees and managers, ensuring knowledge is understood, applied, and embedded in daily work routines.
- Co‑create and roll out HSE initiatives with operations, pushing long‑term improvements and building a strong, forward‑looking safety culture
What You Bring
- A relevant educational background within occupational health & safety, environmental engineering, engineering, or a related field, enabling you to understand both technical and human aspects of HSE
- 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role within a production environment — ideally in metal, heavy industry, or similar settings where safety demands and operational complexity are high
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting operations directly on the shop floor, with the ability to translate HSE requirements into practical, realistic solutions
- Solid experience with incident management and root‑cause analysis, including the ability to turn findings into meaningful preventive actions
- Experience working with HSE‑related management systems and standards at plant level, and the ability to support compliance and continuous improvement in daily operations
- Fluency in Danish and English, combined with strong IT skills that support reporting, follow‑up, and documentation
- A structured, analytical, and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
