What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

You will operate in the service business for industrial steam turbines and generators, working within a global team to actively drive our growth strategy with a strong customer focus. We enable our customers to restore their equipment quickly and reliably by delivering high‑quality repairs using state‑of‑the‑art repair technologies.

 How You’ll Make an Impact 

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. 

  • Support the implementation of our growth strategy by translating strategic objectives into executable programs in the role of Program Manager. 
  • Develop and expand new growth areas beyond our conventional repair portfolio to increase the STG repair opportunity pipeline and actively adapt and promote these offerings in close collaboration with our customers. 
  • Drive the standardization of repair processes, tools, and documentation across the global Service Center Network, with a strong focus on digital solutions and scalability. 

 What You Bring 

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a results‑driven, fact‑based mindset and the ability to develop creative, pragmatic solutions. 
  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate persuasively across cultures and to deliver clear, actionable reports and insights to senior management. 
  •  Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome 
  •  A master's or doctoral degree in mechanical engineering or a related subject 
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working 
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
