- Own and manage global customer accounts with full end‑to‑end responsibility, focusing primarily on one key customer while supporting additional accounts as needed.
- Drive account development through close collaboration with Regional Hubs, Sales, and Business Areas to ensure global growth.
- Establish, lead, and coordinate a virtual Account Team aligned with strategic initiatives and opportunities.
- Maintain accountability across the full lead and opportunity lifecycle, with handover to regional sales or execution units depending on stage, scope, and business model.
- Lead negotiations for Global Frame Contracts and Master Purchase Agreements, ensuring a harmonized and holistic Siemens Energy approach.
What You Bring
- Long term experience in global account management or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing global customer accounts.
- Experience in the energy sector is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in global account management (or a comparable role), including contract and agreement negotiations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead virtual, cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities; knowledge of the energy sector and Siemens Energy’s portfolio is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with proven capability to manage multiple priorities, negotiate successfully, and resolve conflicts constructively.
