Managing one of the largest mobility programs in the world and undergoing a significant HR transformation, Siemens Energy Global Mobility (GM) team is seeking a dedicated and skilled GM Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a business at the forefront of Energy Transition.

We are looking for a global mobility enthusiast with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, motivated to develop within the global mobility environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support internal GM projects by modeling project landscapes, monitoring project status, handling reports, keeping documentation updated and managing communication, handling various system-related activities, performing various administrative tasks.
• Streamlining communication within the team, making sure important information is easily accessible.
• Create and manage presentations and other communication materials for various GM projects or/and activities.
• Keep the team updated on GM market trends by establishing a wide connection with the GM internet world,
• Conducting research and analysis to support decision making.
• Coordinate and organize internal events, workshops and global meetings to foster teamwork and alignment.

What You Bring

• Understanding of the global mobility environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both writing and verbal and experience in working in a cross-functional team setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, proficiency in using various HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP)
• Passion for new technologies and excellence in internet search.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong English language proficiency and intercultural competence to interact effectively with British and German colleagues.
