In this role, you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end performance of a vertically integrated HV Products manufacturing operation with global reach. You’ll spend your day guiding and empowering leadership teams to deliver outstanding results in safety, quality, cost, and customer experience. You’ll shape and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies, strengthen the talent pipeline, and drive continuous improvement through productivity gains, cost optimization, and automation/digital innovation.

By staying closely connected to market and customer needs, proactively managing risk, and promoting an inclusive & diverse culture, you’ll ensure the business remains competitive, resilient, and positioned for long‑term success.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead full operational and financial responsibility for a vertically integrated HV Products manufacturing business serving domestic and global markets.
• Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve best‑in‑class results in safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, develop, and retain talent to support long-term strategic and succession planning.
• Define and execute mid‑ and long‑term strategies to deliver safety, operational, quality, and financial KPIs.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain robust risk and opportunity management processes.
• Maintain deep market and customer insight, leveraging automation and digitalization to enhance value and competitiveness.
• Champion an inclusive, diverse culture while ensuring full compliance with EHS, Quality, and integrated management system standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is strongly preferred with a minimum of 10 years of proven success in relevant technical and operational roles
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a manufacturing environment producing engineered products is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in a vertically integrated organization
• Progressive career experience in leading manufacturing and/or engineering functions.
• Strong knowledge of Transmission and Distribution (T&D) market segments is preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in an international environment with fluency in English
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong interest in driving operational excellence and innovation
• Applicants must be legally authorized / eligible for employment in Mexico.
