A Snapshot of Your Day 

In a growing business and highly dynamic environment, you will be responsible for the cash flow and working capital of our Electrolyser manufacturing site in Berlin, from planning and controlling to reporting and making recommendations to management and shareholders. The role will involve close collaboration with sales and project execution, procurement and logistics, treasury, accounting and controlling, to ensure optimized asset, risk and liquidity management. In addition, you will continuously drive the establishment of company’s financial reporting system with focus on standardization, automation and digitalization. You do that by always keeping the shareholder’s interest in focus and guide the JV FIN team to provide the relevant information in an efficient way, on time and the adequate level of detail.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Independently analyzing company’s cashflow and liquidity situation, project scenarios based on data and input from other key areas
  • Making recommendations on how to optimize the company liquidity and asset management as well as influencing the execution of the necessary actions 
  • Independently driving the establishment of the company’s financial reporting system and continuously improve it to ensure that decisions are being made based on accurate and reliable data points 
  • Guiding the JV FIN team to efficiently provide necessary information for a regular and high-quality shareholder reporting package 
  • Curiosity to explore new task areas and accept new responsibilities
What You Bring
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with experience in presenting concepts and making recommendations to senior management 
  • Collaboration and influencing skills to ensure that, daily, our operational areas are acting in synchrony with the strategic financial targets 
  • Ability to structure complex problems into understandable and actionable statements (consulting experience is a plus) 
  • Completed master studies in Business Administration.
  • Experience with setting up processes and controls in newly created organizations as well as experience with asset, risk and liquidity management (focus on cash flow optimization) 
  • Dedicated, team-player-mentality as well as motivated to make an impact 
  • Curiosity about exploring new areas of business to learn and grow as well as ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently drive results 
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, Focus+ and ESPRIT as well as domain of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
