A Snapshot of Your Day
To support the Controlling Manager in driving financial transparency, forecast reliability, and digital transformation by analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and applying advanced analytics tools to improve decision-making across SGTC operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Monthly Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial performance reports across SGTC business units, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
2. Performance Analysis & Forecasting
Analyze financial results by comparing actuals, forecasts, and budgets. 
Identify key performance drivers and provide actionable insights. 
Proactively drive process improvements to support the achievement of financial KPIs.
3. Cost Center Management
Prepare cost center reports, monitor and analyze cost center expenses, and collaborate with other departments to ensure spending remains within budget and aligned with financial targets.
4. Digitalization & Analytics
Act as the digitalization specialist within the controlling department. 
Apply IT tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and other analytics platforms to enhance financial analysis and reporting. 
Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes, improve data visualization, and support the team’s digital transformation.
5. Ad-hoc Assignments
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and analysis as required by the Controlling Manager or business needs.

What You Bring  
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related major
2. 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in the manufacturing or factory environment.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx).
4. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. 
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
