How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You have financial responsibility for multiple cost centers of engineer departments working for different Headquarters. Direct communication with HQ leads and execution of strategy on a local level is part of your job.
  • In addition, you are responsible for the planning, controlling and reporting of cost centers (including invoicing, calculation of hourly rates and productivity)
  • Creating cases and calculations in cooperation with Technical Lead and Business Development.
  • Creating contractual setup and internal processes for business activities in close cooperation with Tax, Legal, Payroll and HR

What You Bring 

  • You have a degree or equivalent in Business Administration
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in business analyst role or commercial project management
  • You are ready to take responsibility and contribute in short term projects outside daily operations
  • You are used to work in international teams and with multiple interfaces
  • You have willingness to travel occasionally
  • You are very confident in using Excel, and SAP
  • A general IT affinity is required
  • You are open for changes, solution oriented, pragmatic and agile, you are looking for simplification and active in communication
  • You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
  • You are business fluent in English
