How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a trusted partner to the local Finance Team on all business controlling and reporting topics.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage their cost center budgets.
- Represent our organization on internal risk and control topics and all reporting matters, including interactions with central accounting teams, controlling departments, or external auditors.
- Collect and prepare data for the annual budget process and monthly forecasting.
- Support all reporting activities and prepare deviation analyses of main financial critical metrics.
- Analyze financial data and reports, preparing various financial reports, account reconciliations, and analyses as needed.
- Take an active role in controlling balance sheet positions, such as accruals, provisions, and inventory.
- Assist the business by providing various project-related reconciliations.
- Play an encouraging role in our digitalization journey by driving the digitalization of controlling and reporting activities.
What You Bring
- 2- 4 Professional experience in a Financial Analyst, Controlling, or Business Administration role, preferably within an international matrix organization.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field, or comparable extensive working experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP, preferably with experience in digitizing controlling processes and initial experience with digitization tools (e.g., Alteryx).
- Analytical capabilities and the ability to handle large data volumes.
- Excellent communication skills and good time management.
- A standout colleague who enjoys making a difference together.
