How You’ll Make an Impact
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Data Pipeline and Model Engineering
- Design, build, and optimize data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, with a focus on Snowflake for financial data.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models that capture and track historical data for key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Harmonize and transform historical SAP finance data into analytical-ready formats using defined business logic and mapping.
- Develop and maintain APIs (e.g., using Flask/FastAPI) to enable secure and efficient data consumption by other applications and analytical services.
- Data Governance and Operational Excellence
- Implement and manage data quality frameworks, including automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data lineage, metadata catalogs, and schema definitions.
- Ensure the production-readiness of all data solutions by implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and system observability.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, access patterns, and governance standards.
What You Bring
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, specifically in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and working with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake), preferably within a Finance or Controlling domain.
- Strong data engineering and development expertise, including data modeling, database design, data integration, API development, and advanced programming skills in SQL and Python.
- Solid cloud and DevOps capabilities, with experience in automation, AWS‑based environments, and working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Effective business collaboration capabilities, including business intelligence insights, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, application of agile methodologies, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
