Join Siemens Energy as a Field Service Project Support Engineer to coordinate on-site logistics efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the Peru Field Service Distributed Team on labor and resources logistics and dispatch to projects across the country, including travel arrangements and documentation for site access.
  • Proactively resolve and communicate issues related to personnel dispatch and logistics requirements, ensuring strict compliance with guidelines.
  • Capture Field Services hours for data purposes and lead all aspects of the process for overtime payments.
  • Submit order requests to the Supply Chain based on the technical needs of site projects during both planning and execution phases.Follow up internally with the Supply Chain to ensure the completion of processes as per site project requirements, including services, material reception, and invoicing acceptance.
  • Assist in providing support using critical metric data for quarterly reviews and help track reports for the Field Service Report Writer / Service Report Compiler.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in logistics, project coordination, Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, along with robust analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business or Engineering.
  • Bilingual abilities, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.Basic computer and programming skills, with experience in Tableau and SAP being advantageous.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage SAP and other financial systems, balancing multiple project deadlines successfully.
