A Snapshot of Your Day
You will join a finance team at its very inception and be a part of the largest Siemens Energy infrastructure investment in the United States. Working in a dynamic and diverse team with opportunities to lead, you will join as a core member of the team that develops the processes and standards for a new factory which is critical to the Energy Transformation in the United States.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead strategic plan development and executive review supporting long-term business vision
- Mentor and train new team members to ensure resource optimization
- Ensure compliance and assurance in the development of new processes to minimize risk
- Design and implement digital financial tools supporting factory optimization
- Support S4E SAP system implementation, including best practice sharing with other GT PR plants
- Coordinate best process and continuous improvement projects
What You Bring
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years leadership experience in Operations Finance, preferably in a Manufacturing environment, within a global corporate setting.
- Proven capability in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Aptitude for meeting deadlines while executing multiple deliverables.
- Strong background working within culturally diverse teams and a history of successful intercultural business interactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in engaging stakeholders and building consensus among diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Sales Force and SAP applications
- Willingness to relocate if not local to the Charlotte, NC area.
