O roli
Your day involves performing advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, and fact-finding tasks on gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. You apply critical thinking and expertise to independently resolve complex, high-impact issues beyond standard procedures.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Foster effective collaboration with the Project Leader, Design teams, and customer representatives, ensuring all project activities are planned and executed in line with QA standards, project documentation, and health and safety regulations.
- Carry out commissioning and troubleshooting tasks on gas turbines, steam turbines, or generators at power stations worldwide, adhering to Siemens Energy Standards.
- Ensure cost-efficient project execution within the allocated budget and timeline by implementing effective planning and maximizing resource utilization.
- Assist sales and planning teams with the development of tenders, quotations, project schedules, and requirement lists.
- Actively participate in customer meetings, providing technical expertise and support during sales activities.
- Proactively identify potential delays, implement solutions to minimize their impact, and contribute to claim management processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (preferably Mechanical).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with 2 to 3 years specifically in operations.
- Open to working in shifts, frequent travel, and assignments abroad.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in multicultural teams.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
