Located in Split, Zagreb or Osijek (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review and handle IT, network, and cybersecurity specifications for substation automation and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring secure and reliable solutions.
• Design secure network and communication architectures for substations, including LAN, firewalls, switches, routers, servers, virtualization platforms, and remote access solutions.
• Develop network topologies and cybersecurity architectures that integrate SCADA, HMI, RTU, engineering workstations, and other OT/IT systems.
• Take ownership of selecting, sizing, and specifying network, server, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity components tailored to project needs.
• Ensure implementation of cybersecurity measures aligned with customer expectations and standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS2, while supporting secure IT/OT integration and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors during proposals and execution, while preparing BoMs, technical proposals, and cost estimations and maintaining responsibility for quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or a related field, paired with 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, industrial networking, cybersecurity, or OT/ICS environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security monitoring, identity and access management, and system hardening.
• Strong background working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory, along with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring business continuity and system resilience
• Solid understanding of enterprise and industrial networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network segmentation, plus familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 61850) .
• Clear communication skills in English combined with a collaborative mindset, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
