Join Siemens Energy Grid Technologies as an Execution Engineer in Product Classification Content, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our classification system for transformers and switching products. Imagine driving the activities that ensure complex design datasets are easily findable and accessible for applications like product selectors and future AI innovations. You will be part of an agile team, taking responsibility for work packages and user stories from the backlog, while collaborating closely with classification users around the globe. Your contributions will directly support our mission to achieve high-quality design data classification, paving the way for future digitalization projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will analyze existing data sources to derive necessary class values, ensuring high-class data quality as an enabler for digitalization.
• Collaborate with your team to contribute to the expert community for content definition and improvement.
• Embrace new technologies and participate in training to confidently use the latest PLM systems like Teamcenter.
• Understand classification as an interdisciplinary task, working closely with R&D, IT, and data consumers to enhance our classification system.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, high voltage engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of switching or transformer products is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work, with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• The courage to make decisions and effectively convince stakeholders.
• Fluent English language skills; basic German language skills are an advantage.
