A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine stepping into a role where you seamlessly bridge the worlds of Bid Management and Project Management. As a Project Manager in our dynamic team, you’ll lead the charge in crafting innovative bids and executing projects from start to finish. Your day will be filled with managing the entire project lifecycle, from clarifying customer requirements during the Bid Management phase to ensuring successful delivery. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain constant communication with customers and stakeholders, and monitor progress against agreed milestones and budgets. This is your chance to apply critical thinking during the bid phase and demonstrate operational excellence during execution, creating value at every stage and strengthening customer trust.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive opportunities and value-based bids, shaping technical scope, pricing, and terms that balance customer value with project risk.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Maintain stakeholder communication, align internal and partner contributions, and secure first-time-right commissioning and final project acceptance by the customer.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage change orders, and support or lead claim strategies.
- Identify when to escalate and report project critical issues to enable timely decisions, protect scope, and ensure company responsibilities.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Bid and/or Project Management, preferably within Energy, Controls, and Digitalization areas.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Solid understanding of energy systems and power generation solutions; experience with thermal power plants and industrial energy production facilities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Open-minded with a team spirit, yet capable of working autonomously.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively.
