You will ensure peak performance of advanced vacuum furnace systems at a cutting-edge investment casting facility. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Will maintain work in the electrical maintenance on vacuum furnaces, including power supplies, control systems, sensors, and heating elements.
• Troubleshooting identifying and solving electrical faults in high-temperature, high-vacuum environments using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades and modifications that improve furnace performance and energy efficiency.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs ensuring compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Supporting production and providing rapid response to equipment issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production flow.

What You Bring

• Evidence of Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is required.
• 5 or more years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Prior work with vacuum furnaces or thermal processing equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and PLCs with the ability to troubleshoot, alter, and create logic. Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
