We are seeking a ECC Coordinator to oversee the full ECC logistics process — Export, Customs, and Clearance — for project materials moving to the United States. You’ll be the central point of coordination between procurement, dispatch, customs authorities, freight providers, and suppliers, ensuring shipments are accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

How You’ll Make an Impact

●      Coordinate shipment and transport file documentation with full ECC oversight.

●      Coordinate customs pre-clearance, import requirements, and PGA documentation.

●      Maintain shipment status through CSTS and other tracking systems.

●      Lead daily calls with internal teams & suppliers to resolve issues and close document gaps.

●      Work directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and officers to troubleshoot and ensure smooth clearance.

What You Bring 

●      Strong knowledge of international logistics processes, including ECC scope (Export, Customs, Clearance), LCL, and containerized freight.

●      Experience with customs compliance, import documentation, and pre-clearance workflows.

●      Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and shipment tracking tools.

●      Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

●      Preferred background in supply chain, logistics, or international trade compliance.

●      Preferred familiarity with PGA documentation requirements and/or experience with Flexport or similar freight platforms.
