A Snapshot of Your Day

As a member of the EAD (Electrification - Automation – Digitalization) Sales Excellence team, you will be the focal point for all customer surveys and feedback as well for coordinating and developing strategies for relevant key accounts to ensure transparent, effective, and focused customer relationships. Your role aligns account plans, strategies and targets while facilitating close collaboration across EAD functions and regions as well with other Siemens Energy Businesses. As customer engagement manager, you strengthen relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and govern strategic agreements with external partners to increase our early positioning and share wallet. You enable cross-functional teamwork to deliver excellent customer experiences and support sustainable growth.


How You'll Make an Impact

 Strategic Account Management

  • Lead the strategic account planning process for EAD relevant accounts by supporting the selection and ranking of relevant accounts up to coordinating inputs and ensuring business aligned strategic priorities and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain strategic multi-year Account Target Agreements (ATAs), including growth opportunities, risks, relationship mapping, and competitive insights and drive regular feedback through business reviews
  • Support relevant account managers with monitoring and identifying customer’s health and escalation management

 Customer Satisfaction & Voice of Customer (VoC)

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Siemens Energy's customer satisfaction survey processes
  • Analyze survey results, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete improvements and executive-level reporting
  • Customer Issue Management - define, develop, drive, implement process used for rollout in sales teams / regions. Define where output can be used (sharing platform, dashboard, etc)

 Governance of Frame Agreements & MoUs.

  • Manage Frame Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), including lifecycle ownership, renewal tracking, stakeholder coordination, version control, and alignment with legal/commercial governance
  • Maintain contractual documentation and ensure approval logging
  • Support contract owner (Legal, Finance, and Commercial) to ensure audit readiness, risk mitigation, and contractual integrity


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Key Account Management Support, or Commercial Operations, customer engagement
  • Background in Oil & Gas, Chemical or/and process industry
  • Experience with frame agreement/MoU governance and complex stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI/Tableau, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
