A Snapshot of your day

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will manage all commercial and financial aspects of the sales and bid process, including preparing and negotiating terms for large-scale and long-term projects. Representing Siemens Energy Generation Services, you will lead contractual negotiations in partnership with the legal team.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition, including bids and negotiations.
  • Manage comprehensive commercial aspects such as contract analysis, cost calculation, financing concepts, risk assessments, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to define business models, develop winning strategies, and ensure alignment with customer needs and tax regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and consortium partners, while assessing competitor conditions and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in internal approval processes (LoA), utilize Salesforce.com, and ensure proper documentation and approvals for negotiations.
  • Provide lessons learned, insights, and support for the Business Partner process based on comparable projects.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or financial roles.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of approval guidelines and financial accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
  • Skilled in MS Office and SAP, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented, with effective communication, professional judgment, and the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
