Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to support the administration and control of our Service Business. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks effectively.
How you'll make a difference
  • Creation and management of sales orders and invoicing
  • Cost control and business analysis to ensure financial efficiency
  • Interaction with commercial project managers, technical project managers, and overall business support functions
  • Coordination with logistics, customers, and suppliers
  • Ensure all related project reporting and controlling activities are completed accurately
  • Support the Commercial Project Manager Head and Project Manager in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risks and opportunities, as well as developing strategies and response activities
  • Monitor project costs and control expenses related to Field Service activities
  • Facilitate prompt invoicing to customers to maintain cash flow
  • Report and present various business KPIs as required
  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including proper documentation in systems such as SAP

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in the finance area
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the role
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English (German, Spanish would be a plus)
  • Eager to learn with an independent and self-organized approach to work
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
