A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of assigned projects and programs, ensuring the project success in close collaboration with the Project Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Commercial Project Management: Handle commercial aspects of projects in close collaboration with the project manager and project team, from the receipt of the order to the end of the warranty, including handling commercial and financial activities for Field Services and Tool Depot.
• Service Orders Management: Be responsible for the commercial management of service orders for timely execution, including crafting project work breakdown structure (WBS), setting up projects in SAP, revenue recognition, crafting purchase orders, and invoicing based on time and material/hourly rates.
• Financial and Commercial Support: Provide support for all other financial and commercial aspects such as tax issues and letters of credit (L/Cs).
• Partner Collaboration: Interface and collaborate closely with partners such as legal, sales team, FSBO, SCM, CF Tax and Accounting, as well as the regional commercial team.
• Improvement In Execution: Constantly improve relevant processes, procedures, and tools.
• Additional Duties: Handle any other commercial and financial duties assigned.

What You Bring

• Sound Degree in Finance/ Economic/ Business/ Accounting or any relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial project management in an international business environment.
• Knowledge of project calculation, project financing, insurance, taxes and duties, export control as well as contractual terms and conditions.
• Knowledge about MS-Office, SAP and affinity for digital solutions in project controlling and project reporting.
• Very good understanding of IFRS
• Professional in English
