You’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to contract administration and timely delivery—while coordinating closely with project teams. This role is essential for ensuring business continuity in onshore projects and requires fluency in both Polish and English.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for project-specific materials and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify new supplier opportunities and stay up to date on market trends.
  • Prepare and carry out mid-complex negotiations, including strategy development, goal setting, and target costing.
  • Administer procurement contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customers (project teams and engineering) to understand requirements and provide effective procurement support.
  • Track, monitor, and report on procurement KPIs to support transparency, supplier performance, and business success.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within power generation, oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. German language skills beneficial.
  • Driving license cat.B.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to independently manage mid-complex negotiations.
  • Experience with supplier management processes, including qualification, evaluation, development, and classification.
  • Knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP) and contract templates, with the ability to apply them in procurement and contract administration.

About the Team

You’ll join a collaborative international procurement team responsible for supporting onshore energy projects across Poland. The team works closely with project management, engineering, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, high-quality supplier engagement, and compliance with global procurement standards.
