A Snapshot of Your Day

 

As a Business Controlling Specialist (f/m/d) in our factory environment, your day will involve overseeing the financial aspects of our investment projects, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

 

You will work closely with planning department and senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for optimizing investments and improving financial performance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly closing and forecasting activities and yearly budget process.

You will also actively contribute to the simplification and digitalization of controlling processes in our factory.

   

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • Investment controlling / fixed assets
  • Monthly closing Activities in cost center accounting (internal cost allocation, rebooking…)
  • Analyses/Valuations for monthly closing
  • Yearly cost center budgeting
  • Preparation of intragroup service agreements
  • Settlement of current grants (KPC, tax authority)
  • Controlling-related optimization/digitalization
   

What You Bring 

 
  • Completed studies in Business Administration or equivalent (University/FH/…)
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling/accounting
  • Very good IT skills (SAP FI CO, Microsoft 365 - especially knowledge of Excel)
  • Independent and structured work approach
  • Fluent English skills and very good German would be preferred (written and spoken)
  • Communicative and integrative personality
  • Resilience, initiative, enjoying alternating topics

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.314,34€ gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
