A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Bid Specialist, you will be a key link between our customers, the sales team, and internal departments. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will define the scope of proposals and ensure alignment with project requirements. You will engage with different departments to facilitate order handling and supply to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals while providing administrative, technical, and commercial support to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with other departments and entities to build and develop the scope of proposals while also facilitating order handling.
• Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals
• Participate in process improvement activities
• Represent the organization in a professional manner, both internally and externally
• Follow the published processes and align with all company policies and procedures
• Be an ambassador for the businesses and in particular to ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience is similar role, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector
• Knowledge of Rotating Equipment
• Proven understanding of sales cycles and processes
• Knowledge of CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar system)
• Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation
• Strong ability to analyze business trends and market dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) is required
• Methodical with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and dedication to succeed
• Effective communication skills and a great teammate
• It is helpful to have experience of working in a Sales team
• Experience in working with Sales calculations

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We house all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, providing opportunities for modernization and digitalization of the fleet.
