As a Bid Manager, you play a crucial role in the business development process, overseeing the preparation and submission of proposals for new projects and contracts. Your primary objective is to ensure that bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You collaborate with various departments, manage timelines, and lead a team to deliver high-quality submissions that win new business.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Take care of the preparation of the offers for products in North LATAM region.
• Close contact / collaboration with members of the team such as, sales, financial, factories and execution units.
• Preparation of offers for public and private customers
• Help and support the customer to develop Mexican market by Siemens Energy network / resource
• Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

What You Bring

• University Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
• Professional Experience (>5 years) as bid manager for the electrical sector.
• Technical Knowledge in the transmission and distribution segment
• Fluent writing/Speaking English, at professional working proficiency level.
• Soft Skills, Good communication and presentation skills; teamwork player; result oriented.
